Here’s why we love what we do, and where we work.
We are a mission-driven company, working hard to empower impact organizations with data to make informed decisions, build capacity, and effectively tell their stories. We partner with schools, community programs, nonprofits, and funders serving participants all over the world.
We’re a team of former educators, administrators, funders, and parents. We’ve been in those positions before—now, we’re committed to helping those same people with our technology and solutions.
The San Francisco HQ is located at 350 Brannan Street, in the heart of SOMA. (We also have offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Philadelphia.) We’re right around the corner from recently (and beautifully) renovated South Park, where we often have informal meetings or gather for an afternoon coffee.
At our HQ in San Francisco, we’re surrounded by other companies in the tech space, including Dropbox, Okta, and Splunk, and we’re just three blocks away from Oracle Park.
Our office is located on the 5th floor, with windows overlooking Second Street and 21st Amendment Brewery. We go to lunch together, take turns playing office DJ (we’re currently building a master UpMetrics Spotify list), and we generally celebrate Friday mornings with baked goods—sometimes bagels, and sometimes Bob’s Donuts.
All of that is great, but, most importantly, we like working here because we feel a common sense of mission to empower community programs through our group management and data analytics platforms.
We are honored to assist our partners, even in some small way, in the important work they are doing to improve their communities and we look forward to continuing to collaborate around creating quality tools and services to empower this work.
